The theme of the 8th edition of the ISEKI-Food Conference series is:

Abstract Submission Procedure
Deadline for online-abstract submission: 31 January 2025
IMPORTANT: before you submit an abstract, you must register for the conference. If your abstract is rejected, you can cancel your registration without any cancellation fee.
After successful registration you will be able to submit your abstracts HERE. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations need to have between minimum 600 and maximum 2000 characters (no spaces).
Up to 2 abstracts per registered participant (oral or poster) will be accepted.
After the successful submission you will have 1 day to make any changes in your submitted abstract(s). (confirm “1 day” with Skyros and Rui) – (alternative text: The abstract(s) will then be assigned to reviewers, and you will no longer be able to make any changes.)
All abstracts will undergo a reviewing process before acceptance.
The notification of acceptance will be sent well before the deadline for the Early Bird Payment.
All abstracts must be submitted in English.
Accepted abstracts will only be included in the Book of Abstracts if the payment of the registration fees is completed by 01 June 2025.
Certificates of Attendance and Presentation
All certificates (attendance and presentation) will be available in your conference account one week after the end of the conference. Log in to your conference account, open the certificate, print and save it as PDF.
Please note that only persons who have done their payment and ISEKI-Food Association has received it before the conference date will be able to get their certificates.
One Certificate of Attendance will be issued for each registrant with validated check-in at Timisoara.
One Certificate of Presentation will be issued for each abstract: it will contain the title, presenting author (for both oral and poster presentations), the authors, their affiliation and information about the Conference. This certificate will be uploaded to the conference account of the person who registered the abstract.
Book of Abstracts
The Book of Abstracts will be available after the conference - you will be informed by e-mail accordingly.
